..What was initially to be a new project from Bruce Franklin and Jeff Olsen of doom metal cultists Trouble, quickly took on a life of it's own, with the recruiting of King's X's Doug Pinnick and Jerry Gaskill coming into the fold. Lid is a collaboration between Eric Wagner - singer/songwriter with now defunct Chicago band TROUBLE; undoubtedly the original doom metal band, and ANATHEMA guitarist Danny Cavannagh.
