Sketch Show
Truly the most versatile musician I've ever heard of, Hosono has done it all, from his folky Happy End days, to the proto-synth and electronica of Yellow Magic Orchestra, to some noodling around by himself, and then finally rejoining his buddy from YMO to create Sketch Show. For being an old guy, this album is really a testament to how musically open-minded Hosono seems to be. This album can best be described as kind of mid-90's, laid-back electronica, kind of reminiscent of Bjork or Mum, but more delicate and less vocal-centricloophole
