The imagery on the front of this gorgeous album perfectly represents both it's title and it's sound, blending the elements into a barely discernable shade of Blue. "The Sky's Run Into The Sea" is the debut album from this trio, but their sound fits in so perfectly within the Kranky catalogue that it's almost as if the band have been hard-wired into its legacy of monumentally quiet, midnight music. The album veers from the distorted aural grime of "life in D Tepsije" to the other-worldly ambience o "Pavement", the quiet/loud agenda here delivered with breathtaking form. Beautiful music. BOOMKAT
